Beef — Support

Beef is a party game for friends who are actually together — one group, one room, phones in hand. If something's not working, this page is how you reach us.

Common questions

My friend can't join the room. Check the 4-letter code — it's letters only, no numbers. The room also closes itself after about 4 hours of inactivity, so if the game ended a while ago, just create a fresh room.

Someone's phone died / left the game. They can rejoin with the same room code and get their seat back. The host can also remove a player from the lobby.

A round is stuck waiting on someone. The host can reveal early — the round doesn't need every vote if someone's wandered off.

Where's my game history? There isn't one — by design. Rooms and every vote in them are permanently deleted about 4 hours after the room goes quiet. See the privacy policy.
